Information we collect
compoundsim has no accounts, sign-up or contact forms, and never asks for your name or email address. Your inputs are kept in the page address so a scenario can be shared, and the simulations run in your browser. The address reaches our server like any web request, but we do not link it to you.
Contacting us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and do not share them with anyone else.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure loading speed. It sets no cookies, does not use local storage and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser; we only see aggregate figures such as visits per page and country.
Hosting and server logs
The site runs on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address, browser type and the address requested, and we keep short-lived error logs to fix problems. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, languageChosen, and only after you pick a language from the menu. It stops the site from switching language based on your browser settings, holds no personal data and expires after one year.
Advertising and affiliate links
The site currently shows no ads. If ads or affiliate links are added later, they will be labelled as such, and this policy will be updated before they appear, including any cookies those services use.
